Canning Conundrum

I can't really pinpoint when but somewhere along the line, I've gotten a lot more into home canning then I ever figured I would.  Case in point - I have three books on the subject.  And I've gone through them all and even put little stickies on the things I want to try.  This past summer, I did pickles, salsa, ketchup, raspberry jam, strawberry sauce & pink lemonade mix.  Last summer, I canned zucchini relish and peach jam.  Next summer is shaping up to be strawberry jam, more salsa and more pickles.  Plus whatever else strikes my fancy.  Or is growing abundantly in the garden.

Anyway.  It seems every time I put something into jars, I have to go and organize all the jars in the pantry.  Today, I pulled everything out again and got it all sorted out.  All the empty jars were gathered together and moved out of the pantry.  I got nice, pretty kraft paper labels onto everything.  The problem is, everything is just sitting in the boxes that the jars come in.  And the boxes get stacked on top of each other and you have to pull them all out and open them up to find what you're looking for.  The labels on the jar tops will help but it's really not ideal.  We haven't been able to find any cupboards or cabinets that will work.  I've done a lot of googling to find a better storage solution.  So far, it's not going so well.  You'd think it wouldn't be that hard to figure out but with the craze over using mason jars for everything but food, there's a lot to sort through when you google this kind of thing. I have high hopes, though - I suspect by 2028, I'll have this all figured out.
